A patio is where the grill lives, where everybody ends up standing at a barbecue, and where you have your coffee on the mornings it is not raining. It is worth getting the size and the layout right before a single paver goes down.
We design it with you and then we build it. You pick the material and the color; we handle the layout, the base and the install. The visit and the estimate are free, and so is the conversation about what would actually work in your yard.
What is included
- Layout and sizing planned around how you will really use the space
- Concrete pavers, natural stone, or a combination of both
- Color and pattern chosen with you before anything is ordered
- Borders, edge restraints and joint sand
- Steps and grade changes where the yard needs them
- Seat walls and built-in planters
- Drainage designed in from the start, not patched on later
How it goes
- We meet at the house, measure, and talk through what the patio is for — dining, a fire pit, just somewhere flat to stand.
- You see the material options and pick the look. We tell you honestly how each one holds up here.
- You get a written estimate with the scope and the materials spelled out.
- We excavate, build and compact the base, then set the pavers or stone and lock the edges.
- Joints are filled, the surface is swept clean, and we haul everything off.
On sizing
The most common regret we hear is a patio built too small. A table and four chairs needs more room than people expect once you count pulling the chairs back. We will lay it out on the ground with you before we dig, so you can stand in it and see the real size.
